These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SwiftAICall (the "Service") at swiftaicall.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SwiftAICall provides a platform to create AI voice assistants that make and receive phone calls on your behalf, with prepaid per-minute billing.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account, your assistants' behavior, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use & calling compliance
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Make calls without a lawful basis or required consent, or call numbers registered on Do-Not-Call/DND registries in violation of applicable telecom regulations (including TRAI rules in India).
- Send spam, fraud, scams, harassment, or any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent that the assistant is human when asked.
- Violate any applicable law, including telecom, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
You are solely responsible for the content of your assistants and for complying with all laws applicable to your calls, including disclosure of AI use and recording where required.
4. Billing
- The Service is prepaid. You add funds to a wallet and calls are charged at ₹5 per minute, rounded up to the next minute.
- Calls stop when your balance is exhausted. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient balance.
- Wallet funds are for use of the Service and are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Calls depend on third-party telephony and AI providers and on carrier networks outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You retain ownership of the content you create (assistant instructions, etc.) and grant us a license to process it to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,SwiftAICall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
