What is SwiftAICall?
SwiftAICall is an AI voice-calling platform for Indian businesses. It lets you deploy voice AI assistants that call your leads, answer inbound calls, and run outbound campaigns — all without writing any code.
How it works
- Create an assistant — define the AI's personality, language, and what information to collect from callers.
- Add your contacts — upload a CSV or add leads manually. Group them into segments.
- Run a campaign — attach an assistant (or workflow) to a segment and start calling. The AI handles every conversation.
- Review results — see transcripts, qualification status, and collected data for each call in real time.
Key concepts

| Campaign | A bulk outbound calling job — connects an assistant (or workflow) to a segment. |
| Workflow | A multi-step call flow where the AI can transfer, disconnect, or hit a webhook based on what the caller says. |
| Collect fields | Structured data the AI extracts mid-call (e.g. budget, team size, preferred time). |
| Qualification | A plain-English rule the AI uses to decide if the caller is a hot lead. |
