This policy explains how wallet top-ups, usage, refunds, and cancellations work on SwiftAICall.
1. Prepaid wallet
SwiftAICall works on a prepaid model. You add funds to your wallet and we deduct ₹5 per minute of call time (rounded up to the next minute). Unanswered calls are not charged.
2. Refunds on unused balance
- You may request a refund of your unused wallet balance within 7 days of a top-up, provided the funds were not consumed.
- Amounts already spent on completed calls are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days at info@swiftaicall.com with the call details. We reconcile against carrier records and will credit any verified billing error to your wallet.
4. Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel — you only pay for what you use. You can stop using the Service at any time and request a refund of unused balance as described above. To close your account, email us.
5. Promotional credit
Free or promotional credit (such as signup credit) has no cash value and is non-refundable.
